Perfectly sized to fit in almost any Alameda backyard, this two story ADU offers a cozy private apartment upstairs with a ground floor garage or workshop space.
We can even make this a duplex by adding a second apartment on the ground floor, or add an elevator if upstairs accessbility is required.
