This two bedroom, carriage-style ADU includes everything one would expect from a modern home and we think this one is big enough for a family or an aging loved one with a caregiver on site. This 2 story ADU maximizes the new livable space- even if you have a smaller lot. Like all Our ADU Designs, we can customize to suit individual needs. If aging in place is a priority we can include features like a walk-in tub, low threshold shower, stair lifts or even an elevator.
